There are no subscription fees, installation fees, usage fees or commission. Dock is free to set up and use.
You only pay Solopress for the cost of goods — the production and delivery of the orders your customers place.
Your agreed cost is calculated live in the configurator before your customer checks out, so you always know exactly what you'll pay before an order reaches production.
You set the retail prices your customers pay through your store. Your selling price is completely separate from your agreed Solopress cost, giving you control over your margins, mark-ups and promotions.

How charging works
Add a payment card to your Dock account. When a paid order is submitted to production, Solopress automatically charges the agreed cost of goods to your registered card.
Card payments are securely processed by Opayo, a PCI-compliant payment gateway. Solopress does not store your full card details.
If you have agreed account terms with Solopress, your orders can be invoiced instead.

You're charged when a paid order is released to production.
You can choose to hold orders in Dock for review before releasing them. If you'd prefer a fully automated workflow, orders can flow straight through to production — in which case you'll be charged automatically when the order enters production.
Because you're paying Solopress directly for the cost of producing and delivering your print orders, rather than paying a fee to use Dock.

Yes. If you have agreed account terms with Solopress, your orders can be invoiced instead of charged to a payment card. Ask us about account terms during onboarding.
No. There's no subscription or ongoing commitment to cancel.
Dock is free to use, so if you decide to stop using it, there are no cancellation fees.
