Adding the Dock widget to your website takes just two lines of code: the Dock widget script and a single element containing your Tenant ID and API Key.
Your personalised snippet is ready to copy from Dock → Settings → Widget Integration, with your details already filled in.
Your Tenant ID and API Key are safe to include in your page code. Your Server Secret is different — it should always remain private and never be added to a web page.

No. The widget is self-contained and designed to sit comfortably within your existing website.
Set your accent colour and theme once in Dock and they'll be applied across your configurators automatically. If you need something different on a particular page, you can override these settings individually.
You do. Your customers continue to pay through your existing website and payment gateway, exactly as they do today.
Dock doesn't sit between you and your customer's payment.

Yes. You can set a specific product, theme or accent colour at page level. These settings override your workspace defaults whenever you need a different experience on a particular page.
Dock does, by default. Every uploaded file passes through Dock's built-in artwork checker before production, helping ensure it's correctly sized and converting RGB colours to print-ready CMYK. Unreadable or unsuitable files are stopped before they can reach production.
Already have your own prepress workflow? We can configure your account to bypass Dock's artwork checking so your existing process stays in control.
Yes, if you allow it. Dock's settings include a “Customers can order before uploading artwork” option — on by default — which shows a clear “I'll upload artwork later” choice in the configurator.
You're emailed when such an order arrives, and production always waits until the artwork exists. Turn it off to require a file before ordering.
